24 & 25 Albert Court
Grade II Listed Building
Albert Court consists of seven floors including new penthouse at roof level. 32 Design has undertaken a number of projects in this historic block which is located close to The Albert Hall.
Apartments 24 & 25 are examples of recently completed refurbishments. No. 24 with a gross area of 330m2 was completely re-modelled to create a classic interior but with a modern kitchen, bathrooms and mechanical services.
No. 25 was similarly refurbished to provide a luxury apartment comprising four bedrooms, reception room, dining room and grand corridor. The new layout of the apartment included structural alterations and new mechanical services.
32 Design detailed all interior aspects of both apartments including fittings and finishes. All bespoke joinery work such as wardrobes, shelving, cupboards and radiator covers were designed by 32 Design.
